How Pricing Works

Here at Event Cruises we have created a price structured catered to your needs. We offer full price packages, monthly payment options, and just the event tickets, read below to find out what what each option means.

We call Event Packages a bundled product that includes the Cruise Cabin as well as the Event Tickets. These packages do not include non complimentary services offered by the cruise line.

By purchasing a package you get your desired Cruise Cabin type – Interior, Oceanview, Balcony , as well as the event tickets for the private venues we reserve and plan activities around aboard the Cruise Ship.

The event ticket is the pass that gives you access to the actual convention on the cruise ship. That is included in this ticket depends on the event, but most all of the activities, loot, prizes, among other things are included with the Event Ticket.

Your Cruise Cabin reservation includes:

• Ship accommodations
• Ocean transportation
• Most meals onboard
• Some beverages onboard
• Most entertainment onboard

The following services are not included in the cruise price:

• Dining in Specialty Restaurants such as Chops Grille, 150 Central Park, and Izumi
• Dining in Johnny Rockets (Where applicable)
• Spa and Salon services
• Gambling (Including Bingo)
• Art Auction
• Any purchases made in the gift shops onboard
• Shore excursions
• Photographs
• Video Arcade
• Medical Services
• Internet Access
• Transfers (Unless guest has purchased our air/sea package)
• Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services
• Ship to Shore Telephone calls
• Gratuities
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Non-Alcoholic Beverages (excluding water, lemonade and iced tea)

A Full Price Package product works as the name says, you pay the price in full at the time of purchase. After purchasing, we add you to our manifest, book your cabin, then provide your trip information, reservation number and cabin number.

A Monthly Payment Package product allows you to purchase the Cruise Cabin and Event TIcket(s) spread out into easy monthly payments after an initial booking fee, then the payments spread out in months up to 90 Days before sailing date. After purchasing, we add you to our manifest, book your cabin, then provide your trip information, reservation number and cabin number.

Please Note that Monthly Payments increase each month as the event date gets closer, as the cabin must be paid off before sail date.

Packages only include the Cruise Cabin and Event Tickets, the Cruise Cabin includes the points above. To get Internet, Drinks/Alcohol Packages, Excursions, and anything extra, once you receive your reservation number, you can log in to the Cruise Line Customer Portal and purchase extra amenities and/or services.
