EVENT.CRUISES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1.1 Royal Caribbean International
If you need to cancel your Royal Caribbean cruise booking, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the length of the cruise and the time of cancellation:
For 1 to 4-Night Cruises (Including Holiday Sailings)
- 75 days or more prior to the first day of the cruise: No charge (except for non-refundable deposit amounts).
- 74 to 61 days prior: 50% of the total price.
- 60 to 31 days prior: 75% of the total price.
- 30 days or less: 100% of the total price (no refund).
For 5-Night or Longer Cruises (Including Holiday Sailings and CruiseTours)
- 90 days or more prior: No charge (except for non-refundable deposit amounts).
- 89 to 75 days prior: 25% of the total price.
- 74 to 61 days prior: 50% of the total price.
- 60 to 31 days prior: 75% of the total price.
- 30 days or less: 100% of the total price (no refund).
Refunds for Delayed or Canceled Sailings by Royal Caribbean:
If Royal Caribbean cancels or delays embarkation by three (3) days or more, you are entitled to either a full refund or a future cruise credit (FCC). Refund requests must be submitted within six (6) months of the original cancellation or embarkation date, whichever is earlier.
1.2 Cunard Cruises
If you cancel your Cunard cruise booking, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation:
- 120 to 90 days prior to sailing: 25% or deposit amount.
- 89 to 61 days prior: 40% of the full fare.
- 60 to 31 days prior: 50% of the full fare.
- 30 to 15 days prior: 75% of the full fare.
- 14 days or less (or non-appearance): 100% of the full fare (no refund).
2. MEDIA AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
During your cruise, event.cruises and its partners may capture photographs, videos, and other media featuring guests. By sailing with us, you grant event.cruises the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertising, and marketing materials.
If you wish not to be included in promotional content, please notify a member of the event.cruises team prior to sailing.
3. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Event.cruises is not liable for:
- Losses, damages, or theft of personal property during the entire vacation period.
- Any injury, illness, or accident occurring onboard or during shore excursions.
- Delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries caused by weather, mechanical issues, or force majeure.
- Missed embarkation or disembarkation due to late arrival, border control delays, or failure to adhere to travel requirements.
4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
By booking with event.cruises, you agree to the following:
- Travel Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring you have all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. No refunds will be provided if you are denied boarding due to improper documentation.
- Code of Conduct: Guests must adhere to the cruise line’s code of conduct. Event.cruises reserves the right to remove passengers who violate the code, with no refund or compensation.
- Health and Safety: You agree to comply with all health and safety measures implemented by the cruise line, including any COVID-19 or other public health protocols.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
Event.cruises shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to the cruise itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or technical failures. In such cases, refunds or credits will be issued in accordance with the policies of the respective cruise line.
6. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
Event.cruises reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any material changes prior to their sailing date.
