Kevin Fannin is a professional miniature painter, game designer, art director, writer and editor. I am one the CEO of Kefa Studios, father of two teenage daughters and I’ve been married to the love of my life for 20 years. I’m a big fan of combat sports and do my best to stay physically fit despite my intoxicating relationship with chocolate.

What kind of Game Master are you:
I love using miniatures for epic combat encounters as much as possible, and I am a big fan of using props to allow my players to fully immerse themselves in the fantasy of the game. I tend to build my sessions around one deadly encounter with a couple small encounter possibilities along the way. I am always looking for ways to utilize players backstories and decisions in the story through callbacks and consequences that make them feel impactful.

What kind of games do you like to run?
Gritty, more realism, high fantasy, quirky, casual, etc. I love a low fantasy setting with a gritty, more realistic tone. I believe that it is impossible to be brave without fear, and that for our heroes the fear of death must be real in order for their heroics to have any gravity to them.

Do you have any projects, products or things you would like to share?
Banners of Honour 5e is my company’s first 5e project. We successfully launched on Kickstarter and are in the process of finishing this book and fulfilling it to all of our backers right now.
